1. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.



Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for quality-related issues.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages immediately. If you discover any problems with a product, please visit this page to file a complaint.

You must submit your return request within 30 days of delivery. Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your Elecbee order number

  • Photos of the product and its labels

  • A detailed description of the problem

If we confirm a quality issue, we will offer a replacement, a refund, or compensation for the direct economic loss up to the value of the defective product.



Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will issue a full refund after our confirmation. Please note that delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as severe weather, postal delays, or customs issues. While we are not responsible for these delays, we will provide all possible support to help resolve the issue.



Important Notes

  • We will not process refunds for products returned without our prior confirmation and authorization.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the return is not due to a quality issue.
