1. When you connect the battery for the first time, there may be no voltage between the output+and the output-,then you can activate the protection circuit by charging the battery B+B- with 5V voltage, and then draw a short circuit, which also requires charging. Note that when using the mobile phone charger for input, the charger can output more than 1A or not charge.

The+micro USB female connector and the next pad are used for power input, connected to the positive pole of 5V.B+, connected to the lithium battery, and connected to the negative pole of the lithium battery.
